Emergency Care Service's Mission is to provide progressive efficient evidence-based medicine while focusing on client and customer service.

Company Philosophy

We are a physician-owned organization.  Our philosophies, with respect to patient care, service, internal management and ownership are as follows: 

• Our physicians are expected to provide personable, prompt patient care with particular focus on customer services.  We encourage a spirit of teamwork with the emergency department staff, other hospital-based staff and local EMS to ensure a healthy patient experience.
• Our service to hospital clients recognizes that the emergency department has become another "front door."  We enhance a patient's first impression by providing exemplary patient care.  In doing so, we increase patient volume and hospital revenues. 
• Our management style is democratic with each physician in the group having an equal vote on all important issues and with the goals of providing an exceptional practice environment while developing a participatory organization that is responsible to its members.  We promote career longevity by providing adequate staffing and reasonable work schedules. 
• Our ownership of the company ensures a dedication to the quality of medicine and focus on patient care.  As physician owners, we have a vested interest in the success of the company which translates into increased customer satisfaction, improving hospital staff and attending physician approval and ultimately superior hospital revenue with increased patient volume.
